Rehabilitation Services

Salemhaven’s Rehabilitation unit offers 16 semi-private rooms. Our care is graciously rendered by a professional staff trained to maintain high standards, good outcomes and patient satisfaction. We offer a complete range of specialized health services, including occupational, speech and physical therapy. 

Skilled Nursing Services

As a skilled nursing facility, we have the staff and equipment to provide skilled nursing care or rehabilitation services, as well as other health-related services. Skilled nursing care indicates care that can only be performed by or under the supervision of a licensed nursing personnel.

Interdisciplinary Team

Salemhaven’s staff consists of a broad range of professionals that specialize in assisting and supporting residents to reach their optimal levels of independence through their individualized plans of care. This team is comprised of:
